These are members that have consistently performed well in raids. Unlike the other ranks, this rank is not exclusively dependent on a measureable quantity, however it is does depend on one. The one measurably metric for Elite rank, gear readiness, will be measured via http://be.imba.hu/. Your blue bar needs to be in the SUNWELL area AND you must have NO warnings having to do with unenchanted items, empty sockets or low quality gems. This is a necessary, but not sufficient condition, for Elite rank. The officers will promote members to Elite rank when they have repeatedly demonstrated superior skill and knowledge about their class and keep their gear in impeccable shape. In other words, Elite members are just like Elite mobs - they're just better. Elite members have PRIORITY on permanent raid spots.

You become a full-fledged RAIDING member if your gear is ready for our current content. Right now that content is MH/BT. We use http://be.imba.hu/ to make this determination. Your blue bar needs to be in the MH/BT area (200+) AND you must have NO warnings having to do with unenchanted items, empty sockets or low quality gems to become (or remain) a Member. Members may request PERMANENT raid spots.

If your gear is not ready to raid with us but you're interested in raiding, you will become an Initiate after your two-week probationary period. Initiates may request SUB-ONLY raid spots but may be given permanent spots if there are no members who can fill that slot. When you have improved your gear to the point that it qualifies for our current content, you may ask an officer to change you to Member status. Please don't ask us if you're ready; tell us when you're ready after you have verified it on http://be.imba.hu/ yourself. The officer will then verify your gear is indeed ready and promote you.

Every player starts here with their main. This is your rank during a two week probationary period used to identify and weed out the tragically incompentant and hopelessly deranged. Unfortunately we don't always identfy all of the undesireables in that time frame, but we try.

These are non-raiding friends of guildies. Friends have no raid spots of any kind. That said, we have many friends that have transitioned into initiates or members (Mac, Malaka, Fregon to name a few). A Friend may become a Member when his/her gear qualifies for our current content.
